PKGP: Rumor is that a financing deal is forth coming any day followed by an acquisition shortly afterwards that should make them profitable for the first time in company history as well as serve as their new core business.

More things are rumored to be planned after that... maybe another acquisition of a company getting delisted from the NYSE.
