The first part is likely on target. A lot of hype has indeed been mentioned over the past two weeks of "big news just around the corner". It's an all-too-familiar phrase.

Perhaps not a causal relationship on the second part. Terry's evals are good, but they typically don't move markets, although I'm sure he's flattered at the prospect. They are filled with great technical info, though. <g>

I really think CSHK investors would benefit from seeing one, especially on the Eleventh-Hour product (seriously).

Hope the market, as a whole, is doing well for you.

Pennygod: Just a parting comment here ...

Last week, I sent you my name, address, and phone number to be forwarded to Rhonda so they could FEDEX me a demo package.

I thought it was curious at the time that they requested a "verifiable" address and phone number. Very strange terminology for a Federal Express shipment. Sounds very legal'ish, to me. This was, by the way, following the veiled threat about legal action.

After Rhonda received my contact info, she called my house but I was out of the house. She spoke with my son. After that, Rhonda and I communicated via email. She said Mr. Stinson tried to contact me at home, but there was no record of that on the answering machine. I would post what she had to say in her emails, but I consider personal emails confidential. She sounded congenial enough, and skeptical that the situation would work out, but she was willing to give it a try. Unfortunately, no shipment has arrived. Red flag. Either the demo isn't ready even though it has been stated that it is, or they don't want a qualified reviewer looking at it. There is a third option, too. Perhaps the request to FEDEX it to me got lost in the mail room. (Just trying to be fair ....)

If and when they finally do get the website up, and have a sample download, there will be plenty of people running it and seeing if it works. I might download it at that time, too, just to see what it does.

I got to thinking what impact my writeup of the demo would have. I figure there are are 3 possible outcomes:

1) The product is fantastic and will take the market by storm
2) The product is extremely immature and not ready for the market
3) Something in-between 1 & 2.

If I say "2" ... then the strong supporters will just say "I told you so. He's a shorter." (No, I'm not. Never have shorted in my life).

If I say "1" ... then the strong supporters will say "He's saying good things to make the stock go up because he bought in when the price tanked." (Nope. I have not taken a position in this stock.)

If I say "3" ... then I'll be accused of harping on the negative things about it (Note: I always report the good with the bad).

Looks to me like a no-win situation. So, why put out the effort?

It just doesn't pay to be helpful nowadays.

Funny, though ... the "bashers" will say "Thanks, TED, for the effort", no matter what the result. Thought provoking, eh?

Regards,

TED
