Anybody would care to comment on the pattern of trades today, personally I found it a bit strange, but I would like to have other opinions. Yesterday seemed this way too.

As far as I could see, some mid-size to large blocks seemed to be "buys", ask would move quickly up, trade would take place, then right back down , spread would widen for a while, then close up again, towards the end, bid was dropped quickly....

In addition, it showed, for the most part that the "pending" bids, were far larger than the asks..... usually this leads to upgraded, higher bids & ask.... his time they just sat there, and in instances they would actually go down...

Was it me or .....?

Puzzled and ready to be "learned".

Z.

A thought regarding the debt offering.

If this is a savvy management team.....they know that their #s this quarter will be good therefore....... they are raising cash because in the future they expect their stock price will be higher thereby, decreasing the amount of cash needed to close each deal, since they are "cash and stock", thereby increasing # of deals, run rate earnings etc. .......this is the bull's view on things....

...the bearish view is that they are running out of money and need to raise cash to stay alive......

I doubt that very much especially with the stock price moving out of its range of 5-7......that is my view .
