If anyone has looked at Quantech's latest 10 QSB or still has an interest in this company, I would appreciate some discussion. One thing I noticed was that they are seeking to extend the date of the notes payable from June 1 to September 30. If they are granted this extension, the shares outstanding will stay about the same until then. (approx. 50 million) So, if they receive approval from the FDA in August, might the stock's immediate rise not be encumbered by any dilutive conversion of notes into stock? I'm thinking about a rather brief window of opportunity that might exist for a short-term investment. Let me know what you think.
