I've tried several times too Dean. Up until last Monday, they were showing actual bid and ask - with three decimal places. And they still do for other stocks. For some reason, I only see this problem with their CVIA quotes. The best "help" they've offered is that I can call them (and wait on hold) while they check with Bloomberg. It's weird to me that the three decimal places are "gone" on their CVIA quotes. Somebody mentioned here that they use the DBC quote feed - and the DBC quotes for CVIA, last time I looked, are just as they appear at ETrade. ??
