Question: Sizeable after close trade?

Quote.com shows a trade at 16:02:21 of 200,000sh at 1.80

Can anyone confirm / interpret? or is this my or the system error?

TPI has been trading very well. Seems to have found a new home up in these levels. The people I talk to feel the low 2's are right around the corner, and that the action in the stock has been positive. I concur. Looks like (as long as there is no rain on our parade) we are going to head higher.
