I'm confused as to what this rumored takeover would mean to the trading price of the stock.

If the takeover happens at $.75/sh that would be a 20% gain given today's close. Should this kind of news have a positive or negative effect on trading prices.

What happens if the stock goes to $1.

Understand that I simply don't understand the possible effects.

I agree that this is a serious concern, and my desire for Yeros to have a plan is more wishful thinking than conviction.
One of the things that kept me in this stock was my perception that management was professional and above board in it's dealings. Just reading the press releases sent my antennas up. "Where's the hype?" I said to myself. "Here's a penny stock that acts like a real corporation." Unfortunatly, that lack of hype is working against us now. Wall Street values internet RETAILERS of CD's at 25 times sales, yet an internet information company with a realistic revenue model (not just selling ads) gets a big yawn. We need to start selling crappy 70's disco hits and Boxcar Willie cd's.
