Frank, both this and the other thread are dead today. The quantity of posts must be in proportion to INTC's movement.

There was a small tornado here in Silicon Valley (Sunnyvale) yesterday. First I remember since I've lived here (26 years). El Nino continues, I guess. Raining again today. We have a nice, catered picnic for everybody in Engineering and Manufacturing scheduled for this Friday, for some significant company milestones. Offsite, lots of good food, beer, etc. Keeping our fingers crossed re weather.

I hope you're right re Cisco kicking off a tech rally tomorrow.

Best Regards,

Tony

Hello Frank. Yes, Cisco, Dell and Msft did pretty well. Cisco was up in after hours but I am not quite sure what will happen tomorrow. I have not read all the conf. call. Csco came in 1 cent above estimate but in the conf.call, as far as I heard, they were cautious for the next 12 to 18 mos. The way some analysts conveyed it was that the big move has been made. But I think they are also learning from Msft about forecasting. They did say that they gained market share.

Did you see the support B.Gates got from the industry today? Quite a few cos. were represented.
