I just do not see an option exercise tanking a stock like Times Mirror. I think you are overly worried. Perhaps the market could tank TMC, but not a shareholder (or a few shareholders) exercising options. If that could be the case, the stock should not be owned in the first place. I would not concern myself, were I you. End of July is a real problem. It's my wife's wedding anniversary. She probably expects me to attend. You know how women are.
