Is there any news on the horizon (contract announcements, lawsuit settlement) that could change things? Does Yeros have any options, and if so, what do you think he will try and do?

Yes but...

If I knew the $.75 was going to be accepted and I had a ton of cash, why would I not go out and buy as much as I can today and on dips knowing that I am guaranteed at least a 20% return.

And if I did this, would it not run up the price of the stock above the $.75.
