Yes, the drama has just begun. I concur with your thoughts regarding Teo not being an 80's type corporate raider (although stranger things have happened). I believe he has a plan in mind that lets the company exist as is but without all the folly associated with the current management team. Even if I am 180 degrees off, I believe the forcing of hands will bode well for shareholders. In fact, I am going to jump back into this if the price remains below 12 at the opening. The $20+/share seems reasonable under the existing scenario. However, certainly there is a short term $2-3 possibility here.

Lets face it. Teo's hand was forced. He has a huge stake and needs to protect it. Hackworth has this ego thing about running this company and covets it dearly. Also, what the hell we he do without Cirrus. Do you think S3 would hire him to replace Terry Holdt?
