INTHEFLESH, I am patiently waiting for the release of the financials and the proforma. I am very excited to see the proforma when it is put out in a press release. I think it is an outstanding move, to put out the proforma at the same time the financials are posted. A very wise decision in my opinion. Some people may disagree with me, but I DO think that the release of the first audited financials (showing an .11› EPS) along with the proforma will hit in a MAJOR way. Cheryl

INTHEFLESH, I hate to be such a big mouth tonight, but per your CC on Friday you (Ira) was traveling to California tonight. In addition, per your CC, the proforma was to be released today before you left New York. Am I wrong again? Lonnie
