Hi t36, I'd like to respond at length to your query but I am grading exams at the moment (and the next few moments!) and that leaves me little time to do so. Much info can be gleaned from this thread, their news releases, and their SEC reports. Their main positive is their PrimeCare system, a software package for doctors. The latest negative was a delisting from nasdaq to the BB because its stock price was less than $1 for too long. Also another negative is a statement by its auditor that its financials place its survival in question. Check out the dramatic fall in its price over the delisting and the resultant recovery. It has been steadily improving over the past 2(?) weeks because of an important improvement in its software system. This too can be read in its news releases--just click on 'news' on this ocgt thread. Another point to look at is how they pay the top management--with stock! And so I would guess this represents potential downward pressure on the stock price as these people sell their shares to get their income! Jack
