Unaudited 1st quarter financials should be released now. .....I would not have announced any negotiations with Atrix il an agreement had been reached, and it would have been a positive, upbeat, joint announcement. .....Announcement of acquisitions would only be made after the fact. Had the deal not gone through, you would not have been aware of it. .....I would now be looking for another candidate for acquisition, for the same purpose, getting NASDAQ listing. .....I would hire a retired executive to monitor these boards and report to me any reasonable suggestions that may benefit the company or improve shareholder value. .....I would make certain that my PR people knew our business, and handled our shareholders and press releases in a Forbes 100 manner. INTHEFLESH; I was just using ira@fahm.com as an example. I really didn't want to give merit to your claims of being "you know who" by expending any energy, i.e., looking up your address. But, since you've made an issue of it.... I've since updated my E-mail address on my profile to include irafm(space)@(space)aol.com as well as irafm@aol.com. Anyway the point I was trying to make was that anyone could call themselves anything they want and try to back up their claim by posting an E-mail address of the person they are claiming to be. I'm not saying you are not Ira Monas, I'm not saying you are Ira Monas, all I'm saying to everyone is simply don't use the Email address on INTHEFLESH'S profile as proof positive (as some apparently have) that ITF is Ira. I for one hope to God you're not, if you are we're sunk. Am I wrong? Lonnie

There are times you have posted here when Ira was not logged on. I have eliminated all posters here as possibly being Ira, except one. However, that person is an infrequent poster. That person is bullish on FAMH. That person has posted on a couple of other threads (on SI). However, I seriously doubt that this poster is Ira.
