re:Do you know what happen when you put a Yugo engine into the Lexus LS400? You kill the brand name! That's why Intel is marketing the chip as Celeron and Basic PC, not PII or Performance PC..If you want performance, then spend the few hundred bucks extra and buy the PII..which i think some educated PC consumers will do...300-Celeron will make things more interesting next month. Better hope that $25 holds for AMD or we're going < $20 again...you would think that insiders knowing the great performance of K6-3D would start accumulating just a few weeks before the big announcement. We'll have to wait and see. joey
