Addi,

In all fairness to AirStar, the 10-K is not 4 months late. It was due March 31st. On that date, Xecom filed a Late Notice, which gave them two more weeks. So OFFICIALLY the 10-K is three weeks past due (and for this time Xecom/Airstar is in violation of SEC regulations). The first quarter 10-Q is due May 15th. Of course, we shareholders have not gotten a update regarding financials since mid-November, so we're truly in the dark, and we all definately have a right to be angry and disgusted, especially since nothing other than improved financial reports will move the stock price.

Also let me say that I wouldn't be totally shocked to see this stock run up at some point this year--bearing in mind of course that a big run up for Airstar might be twenty cents. Unless the 10-K (whenever it is ultimately produced) is dramatically less than what Director Dal has assured us it will be, the 1997 gross revenues will be about a 1150% increase over 1996. If the company can keep growing at this pace, the stock price will eventually rise, I would think.

It might be worthwhile to keep the faith just a bit longer.

Good luck, TJS
