Right, Ann, freeing the disk space is only the first step.

Check your manual for size of SIMMs (30 or 72 pin). I'm
still guessing 72 pin based on VERY limited experience
with other friend's Packard Bell machines.

PCI bus machines (which you DO have if you're running
a Pentium) do require SIMMs in pairs. I never saw one
with a 30 pin SIMM. SIMM is just an esoteric term for
a memory module.

You're wrong about Networm; there aren't pills for that <G>.
Thank goodness. We'd miss him if he went off on a pill
toot.

BTW, Networm's advice is uniformly good. Pay close
attention. He's right, take it slowly.
