David, A little diligence is in order, call Puhr @ 303 846 3068 , ask him about the status of the forclosure of the bottling facilities, the creditors agreement to accept partial payments, the investors' date to turn over the $10MM, any other avenues RMCW may have taken as a back-up plan , what RMCW will do when the merger is finalized, the BOD meeting after its finalized, RMIL's role in management, if any, etc. Unless you've done diligence, you shouldn't make the comments you have,....it appears you're not in the nay's 'inner-circle', are you?
