The ending of buyback of stock has been out for awhile. I think it was stated in a conference call or somehere else. I can't remember exactly. I don't know why they announced it today. Could be that buying back stock was a negative in a couple of ways. One, it might have meant that their acquisition days were over and that the company was gonna stop growing in leaps and bounds. Since the Metrologie and Asian buys was announced recently, obviously the game is still on. Greg
