Charles,

At the time of the loan, I was attempting to cough up the full amount for the LP unit. I'm not going into specifics here, but suffice it to say that my resources were not as great as my significant other, and this unit was to be my purchase. I had every expectation of having the additional capital by summer to pay in full, but then fate stepped in and I reverted back to a 1/2 partnership on the $30,000 I supplied to GRNO.

While I was grateful at the time for the opportunity, that $30,000 I gave to GRNO hit me especially hard on a personal level. But then again, Bob doesn't care to view the situation from that angle.
It doesn't fit the plan....

There are many investors, shareholders and LPs, who have and continue to suffer. Unfortunately, there will always be people like Bob out there who find delight in others misfortune.

I would like to believe that I'm judging Bob too harshly, but his past postings have been primarily negative and sadistic.

PS: Regarding the SEC investigation, so far as we know it will NEVER end. SEC investigations don't have to end. They can always fade away. An investigation is not an indictment as Bill Clinton has discovered... :0) As shareholders we have been investigating GRNO for several years and continue to scrutinize our investment in the company. That doesn't mean we will pursue any actions relative to it.

Unfortunately, that is just how it goes. I too, would like to see something in written form from the SEC, but I don't hold out any hopes of that. What I really hope for is more and more time to pass by and this company to get on with its business plan, eventually falling off the "radar screen" of regulators.

Regards,

Ron
