Len, I don't think this alliance makes much difference to any buy-out criteria. It should be good for the shareholders and employees. I tend to agree with Igor in that the executive have to question whether or not FORE can make it on their own long term. If anybody remembers Chipcom, they were about the same size when 3Com bought. I think there are similarities but I also think Tom Gill etc would prefer not to sell and that FORE's product developments are in a much better state Just my view, I'm not holding my breath for a buy-out - happy investing
