Thanks of long term perspective of csn. They are new to me. I learned about them because I follow a company called wiztec (wiztf) which csn owns a 20% interest. The nature of wiztf is similar to that of the unit that is being spun-off. I am hoping that some of the proceeds from ipo will result in convergy buying out wiztf. I also hope to get in on the ipo.
