Good evening Steve.Would you please answer one question. I am invested in OTC bb stock DGIV.Today we had 298000 BUYS and 100000 SELLS.200000 shares more on the BUY side and still we finished $ 0.25 down.Is this legal for MM to do such a thing and if illegal to who to complain.Thank you very much.Regards,Bob.

The reason ENMD did what it did was due to one wholesaler who will go unnamed, who had a lot of market orders at open. That wholesaler put some large bids on instinet before the open, did not get filled on much and ran this thing up big while going short on the retail orders.

As for your previous post to me on that order that you did not obey and made your customer happy, if you think that is proper, I bet the SEC doesn't. There is no excuse for disobeying a customer order. I don't care what happened later.
