Lisa, lack of growth is knocking the HK market. It came in lower than expected and is having a chilling effect on valuations in all sectors including real estate which has threads into banking and commerce.

Warren Buffett had the foresight to buy KO and G before
they became popular and made a fortune in the process.
My grandmother did a similar thing with BMY. One of
my best friends made her fortune with CL.
Bill Gates is similar to Buffett in that he amassed
a large position of MSFT early enough and let the
growth compound. All have one thing in common-buy
the best companies in the world and never sell them.
A simple strategy, yet so hard to do in real life.
