Crane / Ram & Diaz

Gosh, you have mentioned two companies that I have major hangup's with.

Ram Petroleum - Operations are in Columbia. That's the major consideration in my mind. Very unstable situation there. Occidental Petroleum has their pipelines blown up at least once a week. Oil personnel have been kidnapped for ransom. Government must come together before I consider investment in a company with operations there. Potential of exploration in Columbia is excellent. There are others at this site who like the company's prospects.

Diaz Resources - Former Czar Resources & Orbit Oil & Gas CEO heads up company and operations. That's my major consideration. Current operations are new compared to departure of years of experience in natural gas properties in NEBC, Canada. That's a negative. If previous experience runs true to form - the company will grow in terms of assets, revenue and cash flow dollars. Management will benefit from generous option plans and salaries. Shareholders will not benefit. History says company will continuously dilute per share growth and thus, - no share growth/appreciation. Will the company follow this trend? I don't know, only time will tell. But, history puts me on the sidelines. There are others at this site who like the prospects of the company.

Keep in mind, only one man's opinion - this one is mine.
