I spoke to Mr. Fisher last week and he said that he does not know why there is movement in the stock but they are working on some deals and the company is in a good position with 13.5 million in the bank. Hope this is some help.

Hi Mike. To the best of my knowledge, and after checking every insiders reports I could get my hands on, it appears that no insiders have sold any share so far this year. I admit I would be a lot happier if insiders were buying. As far as the chart is concerned, you can see the beginning of the uptrend started about a week ago, following four months of consolidation (January-April) which had followed an eighteen month slide from $ 9.00 (adjusted for consolidation). Although it may prove to be a false start once again, I am very confident that this is the right thing. Have a very nice day. Pierre
