Twas the night before six SLUP was to rise, That the SEC was preparing a surprise. They studied their charts to look at the past, Then all agreed three to six was to fast. They studied SLUP's filings from here to Hong Kong, Trying to find something they could say was done wrong. The bell rang at nine and all was going well, Until at nine-thirty they dropped the bombshell. For ten trading days there would be no SLUP action Until the SEC could get satisfaction. The team at SLUP then went into action Reviewing the books they checked every fraction Nothing was wrong, what could it be, what had set off the SEC?
