Mark, thanks, Not having enough shareholders to go on for now is heartening.
Maybe if there were a few less firms going after the case, maybe the interest is simply just not there. I would guess that there is a certain amount of time that the law firms can canvas for qualified stockholders (folks who owned the stock from x date to x date in 1997). Their posts keep turning up as news items. Take Yahoo for instance, what's there? Five or six such posts plus a HVSD release on some potential female impotence breakthrough with no VVUS news is sight. This is irritating and IMO harassing to VVUS.

Mark, while that may not have happened yet, I anticipate it will. There was a message on the machine from a law firm I had requested information saying that if I wished to participate I needed to get my information in right away, as they would be filing next week.
