Eric, Look at some of the past hostile takeover bids..ITT vs Hilton CA vs CSC The first thing the target does is start to sell assists. This builds cash base, making the co. shares more valuable. If the tender wants the co. bad enough they will up the offer to at least the cash value. Someone said that at present, with the closed sale of the staffing, MDIX was at .42 cash per share. Throw in the POSSIBLE ADRX? who knows Least that is the way I see it. I could be totally wrong... Ken W
