Hey Phoenix - You miss the mark completely. BCMD's post was not one trying to squash legitimate discussions or opinions - positive or negative. It was stating that persons on the thread are not legally entitled to disseminate false and misleading information with intent to damage the company. Such information would include false allegations that the company's president was selling stock or false allegations regarding production or other aspects of operations. Just as a person has a very real protectable interest in not having others proclaim him or her a criminal or other slanderous statements, so does a company such as BCMD. Free speech is not a license to deliberately lie about others, including companies which are "persons" under the law.
