ARET'S TOMAHAWK TO BUILD HYDROPONICS FACITLITY ON TRIBAL LAND

Lenexa, Kansas, May 5, 1998 -- ARET announced today that its subsidiary, Tomahawk Construction Company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Hydroponics Development Corporation to design and build a two-acre hydroponics facility on Cheyenne-Arapaho Tribal Land in the Oklahoma City area. The proposed project value will be in the range of $4,000,000.00. A signed contract is expected to be executed within the next 30 to 45 days.

I won't vote against you on it, but it seems often as not, that price moves prior to, in spite of, and in even down on well placed good news. At times in the past there has been a consensus to blame our poor price on a lack of releases and I think that is reaching a bit.
