syncro,

I moved most of monies to HK/China last Fall. Since then I've been a daily reader of:

hkstandard.com

It's a very good site, quick if you turn off images. Covers HK, China, Asia, and international news and business news including HK and China markets.

The thread might be familiar with it, but I thought I'd post anyway.

For what it's worth,
Ron

Synchro:

I was just talking with a woman who spent a month in China doing missionary work. They visited many many cities & towns. The concept
you describe is catching on. She told me in virtually every city/town
there are areas where individual vendors have a booth. Each one
may specialize in a particular item... food, wood, etc etc etc.
Reaping the reward's of one's efforts is catching on, I am told.

I read Ron's reply. Good information, IMO. I go to HK Standard's site too.
