The frame relay is through WorldComm and they are a total pain in the arse. But when you are the only game in town what can you do. They are anti business now and seem to be only interested in the big accounts for this service and want deposits and all that crap. Just tell them you have plans to put in a several T1's later and if they hassle you now when they really want your business and there is more competition then you will go elsewhere. The local loop is installed by the local RBOC and they are the key. They should be called every day until you get it installed. There is someone at Worldcom that was very helpful I will try and dig up the name. The guy who checked credit was the worst. He said I had a Chiropractor judgement against my credit for $40. from 7 years ago and that was not good. HaHa. Finally got through him and then the woman Jennifer at WorldCom helped me with BellAtlantic. When the bill came it was $50 more then I expected $425 vs $376 per month because they never told me about the TAX. This pleasant experience all took about 1 month. I did not pay a deposit for the line after all that. Otherwise that was the ballgame and clearly the router from Cisco that was programed by Cybercorp was the least of the problem that was $700 and make sure you have the right wire between the router and the etherlink card in your PC, the card is about $150. If I find the phone number for the WorldCom woman I will post it (doubtful). DrRisk
