Float is about 9 million shares ... out of 20+ million. A surprising (to me) portion of that 9 million is held by regulars here on this SI:TSIS thread. Financials -- call the company and ask them to FAX you the audited financials for last year, and the UNaudited financials for the first quarter of this year. Then go back and read the thread in January regarding the Annual Meeting and the CEO's comments there. Holler if we can help any more.

Seeker - I don't know if this has been answered for you since I haven't gone through all the posts; but the float is app. 9 million and outstanding shares is app. 23 million. Also, people, Chaz has a right to ask questions. I don't think he was slamming the stock or our judgments, he has some concerns. Obviously, he should take these questions to the company directly and I believe, if he has any interest, he will. Let's keep this board pleasant and informative. It goes a long way to building cooperation.
