Hi ya, JEM!!!

Since you're also logged on tonight, I assume you are also trying to catch up on the chatter.

A few posts back, I read a comment about R Silzer, Jr. selling shares. Here's my input, FWIW. First, I do not know Jr's status with the company (is he gone; is he still there; if so, in what capacity, etc.) To the best of my knowledge, he IS still employed by AGTI, though I'm not sure of his position. I'm not the SEC guru, but I believe a 144 does not necessarily indicate that shares have been sold. As far as I know, it serves notice that shares MAY be sold.
Call me a wild eyed optimist, but is it not possible that RS Jr. may have filed in anticipation of an upward price movement?

Just another observation, but I met him (RS Jr) briefly in Vancouver last year. He seemed to be young (30-ish, maybe?), so I am not overly concerned about the possibility of his selling shares. Maybe he's buying a house, or raising a family, or ??? I have sold lots of stocks that I really believed in, simply because I needed the money for some other priority (usually with four wheels!). Insider buys and sells aren't always a good indicator upon which to base an investment decision.

Best Regards,
Hardrocker
