Hi Carl,

I have been having the same questions in my mind for the past couple
of hours. Searching for answers right now. William and others on this thread may be able to help.

Are you dead serious about your last paragraph?? If yes, I am shorting Amzn for sure.

Ty, Jan

Carl, the "zero" period is only five years. The notes will accrete to face value in five years, then the 10% coupon would be paid on that face amount of debt. It might be easier to look at it as two separate notes - a five year zero with a value at maturity of about $530mm and a normal five year, 10% coupon note with a nominal value of about $530mm.
