I don't think that Ashton was ever interested in MEO's Jazz property. it was just one of those net rumors. I also don't think it was ever officially announced by either company. Think about it. Ashton has more than enough of their own land to explore over the next few years and many good targets yet to look at. Why would they want to JV with anyone, in any direction?

I'm still in. Lets give 'em at least one more chance. I think the cockyness has definitely abated from their PR department though and that can only be good.

As it has been said on this and other ADP related threads, the ADPis far from over. MEO may never see .90 again but .50 is a definite possibility. It is simply a spec stock that has a nice up and down pattern to it - instead of just way down and a few little spikes.
I'm in for a bit, and then will get out and maybe back in again. If Ashton finds the goods then MEO is going to be around for awhile until they've either exhausted their land or have diluted themselves to death.

How much cash do they have? RDW still have some payments to make?

In sum:

1. It is not a waste of time but I wouldn't hold MEO in your RRSP for the long term.

2. Tough call. Play the peaks and valleys.

3. Yeah, I care.
