Matt: Actually, it is/was IBS Conversations that sued TPII; not SHL.

And when is BMR Software going to officially release VERTEX 2000, fer chrissakes? Let's get the ball rolling, Bob! TPII is waiting...

Sued by SHL? SHL has not sued TPI, Matt. IBS has a small claim against them. Very different relationships. SHL is a huge systems integrator who is awaiting access to Vertex 2000 via TPI.

Stick to predictions, pal.
