Spoke to Steve Cole of the Wall Street Organization and shared the concerns expressed by many on the thread, especially the concerns about the lack of the promised fax. Steve said he would be talking to Bruce and Pete right away to see that it was taken care of.

Perhaps we should be calling Steve with our concerns from now on, since he returns calls promptly and shows a genuine concern regarding the company. He has known the CEO personally for many years.

Steve said that the 10 Q has been released and clearly shows the company is in turn around mode. I asked him if he would kindly see that it found its way to Yahoo. He also felt that the CEO would have this company well on its way to a Nasdaq listing within several months, since he has already done it twice and is something of an expert in these matters.

I also gave him the url for this thread, so it appears we may be getting some attention. Now let's just hope that there is some pressureapplied to Bruce and Pete so that they get the job done and start keeping their promises!
