Let me clarify If management or the deal was good they wouldn't discount their 504 that much unless they were idiots or had little upstairs. They stuck their bums out very high once again to the chagrin of us all. I believe the deal is good, I am waiting. I am glad you are. Yes the money will help out the college and accountant but that's really about it but it is all done at the expense of the shareholders that these idiots don't give a flying _____ about if they were sane. They were lying saying that the filing was ready. It will not be initiated until the proceeds from the 504 are in and then it will take at least two months estimating the number of deficiences they will have. But that is progress in my view. But in terms of helping the stock price higher you will be buying it much cheaper knowing how they operate. They don't support the stock. They just sell it. It look quite apparent that any stroke in this deal has backfilled the 504 and is loading up below 20c for the next run. Saying that, I may take the opportunity to bottom fish and hope for the day someone puts these guys into the asylum before the market takes them out of their misery as the bid / ask is reality. My views are only secondary. Good luck!
