To all who have asked, or are just wondering. I do not know if they are going to alert DGIV. I only know that the pre-alerts they sent are so close to what is going on that I felt everyone would like to see them. I am still waiting for the actual alert to come across and will post as soon as I see it. If I can stay awake until then. If not it will be here first thing in the morning.
