Josef,

I don't know exactly what indicators you and Joe were observing out there on Level II but I assume it was activity by certain Mmkrs sitting on the ask.

Anyone here contemplated the thought that certain mmkrs may have large quantities of limit orders to fill for some big client and they want to bring the price back down to their limit range??

Just a thought, but does not signify a major spike to the downside. Just may reflect mmkrs wishing to keep matters under control until they are ready to raise the price.

Also, let's not forget that the company would have been the source for any adjusted earnings and that there are always mitigating factors which are what the institutional holders are REALLY concerned about.

Personally, I didn't see the shorting and the trading pattern and chart indicators, RSI, stochastics, are not reflective of "massive shorting" by anyone.

The only thing that is frightening me at the moment is Japan which is down 2% off its lows. I continue to sweat downward breaking of 15,000 on the Nikkei.

Regards,

Ron

I appreciate yours and Joe's postings/warnings on TAVA. It sounds like there is a good possibility of a dip around earnings time. I am in long term at 8 1/2 and if I had the money I would buy more on the dips. If you are a trader, now would be a good time to sell IF you agree on the probability of a dip. I doubt VERY much it will go anywhere near 8 1/2. I could be wrong, but so could the shorts and Joe. Like you said, are you a trader or an investor? It's your nickel, and what makes this "fun".
