Linda, Mike and all Remember folks this is just a rumor at this point. Lets not get crazy. I feel that Mr. Yeros, if he is interested in selling the co. would want the best deal for his shareholders. I agree with Mike, if the 10.5 to 11.0 million shares wants the deal then it will be done. Who owns that many shares? hmmmmmm ah, I know SEC filings! Ken W

Yup. You're right. I forgot about the rape and pillage part. Seriously, though, how likely is it that this rumor of a buyout at .75 is true? Most of these rumors on other stocks never pan out. Someone could be keeping the stock price down under .75 while he buys shares cheaply, by spreading a rumor like that, yes? Linda
