Yeah, yeah, sure, uh-huh. It was all KFlex's fault and USRX/COMS was just trying to sell it's superior products to the marketplace. NOT!!!

The simple fact is that USRX tried to monopolize the modem market with their proprietary technology, and in the process their flawed strategy backfired. They hurt the whole industry in the process and hurt the consumer as well by delaying the 56K standards.
