Apparently, this is some of the scoop.

They claim to have won 6 of the 8 court battles over the Krilich assets with the other 2 still in progress. Don't know which ones but they surely could add up to some positive Balance Sheet representation. Didn't hear anything of appeals or the like but hey, we have waited long enough.
