Another interesting part of the 'rolladex card' that Seagate sent out with their quarterly statement reads: "This service replaces the customary mailing of Quarterly Reports to stockholders of record. Stockholders in the US and Canada will be able to hear the latest quarterly results or arrange to receive a printed copy results via fax or the USPS by calling 877.SEG.NYSE anytime, day or night...

Seagate is in the business of helping people get their information when, where and how they want it."

My interpretation of this is that Seagate will no longer be mailing me quarterly statements and that I will be required to pull the info via phone or the web or proactively request the mailing. Interesting. Sounds good for TSIS.

Specifically, Scott Cameron said today that the quarterly report should be out by the end of next week, if memory serves ... notes are at the office.

He also commented that they were heading toward becoming a fully reporting company ... which does not mean "listed" ... and that this would be a matter of some months but (if memory serves) before the snow flies.
