Correct me if I'm wrong, but unless I have big bucks and deal directly with one of the IPO underwriters, I can't get the 1 share/1 warrant deal. So as you stated, I'd have the option of buying each one separately on the open market. For the average investor, the proposed IPO price and combined warrant/share values are not a very good gauge of profitability. For most of us, we'll be measuring based on where the common stock opens on IPO day which may (or may not) be somewhat higher than the expected $6.

I just contacted Cohig and Associates at 800-289-5691 and they said
that they registered today and ONTR will start trading tomorrow
Tuesday May 12, 1998. She wasn't sure what the IPO price would be.

Good Luck to all.
