David:
This entire post is an "IMO".
I think that here are a lot of separate issues here.
They can be separated.
A short position/squeeze in a weird way is an asset.
If it can be proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that there is one, then if the company can somehow get back on it's feet, that comes with it.
The theoretical wrong doing of people, is just that people.
For arguments sake, lets say the principles were all thrown in jail.
That doesn't mean that the company has to die, maybe one of you could take over.
If there is a squeeze, at some point in time, who knows, maybe things will work out.
I happen to agree that you all have serious problems on the trading front, but one never knows, action by the shareholders may help to get this going again.

You just seem clueless where to look. Instead of venting your frustration at the situation, IMO, you might want to put your nose to the grindstone. Though I applaud Daddy and his initative, IMO, the future is in Colo, and those are the people who can enlighten you.

David,

I totally agree with your frustration, although I may not agree with your outlook on the future. I am not happy that RMIL is not trading and I don't think any shareholder is at this point.

But it appears to me, and I am speaking still as a novice is that as even Kurt stated this in a post, " and move on " and you said "take the lump and get on with life " This is great until the shortsellers do it to you on the next investment and then on the next investment and they make the money and new investors take the lumps and move on.

You see I don't plan to loose my investment but if I loose it due to the antics of certain individuals or shortsellers, or both, that orchestrated the loss, well we'll see, that maybe it will not happen to the next investor.

I still have faith in the company at this point but again this will weigh heavily on whether they can revive RMIL back to a viable company and allow each shareholder a fair shot at their investment.
