First AGM simulcast over the internet in Canada?

I just read an interesting press release. Barrick Gold (ABX) is holding a simulcast of their AGM over the internet. To my knowledge, this is a first in Canada.

It is on May 12 from 11:15 to 12:00 EDT. They are advising people to register early as 'electronic room' to listen in is limited.
