Threaders, Following is a post from todays IBD: >Intel Will Build In China A $50 Mil Research Facility Date: 5/6/98 Company Chairman Andrew Grove said Intel will invest $50 million over the next five years on the center, which will research Internet technology for Chinese-language applications. The Beijing center will open later this year. It is part of Intel's growing operations in China. Intel will open a $198 million flash memory plant in Shanghai this week.< This should be of benefit to AMAT. Paul V.
